| Hi Jay, As promised, I am sending you some photos of my newly installed Twin Star II. It looks fantastic in my dining room and I can't wait to have guests over to see it. My dining room has an "Asian" theme and the fan fits in very nicely. Now I guess it's an "Asian / Tropical" theme. Thank you so much for helping me over the phone with product information and shipping to Hawaii. I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from you and now with the actual product. By the way, it took only about 2 hours for my handyman to install it (with the assistance of a helper.) We read and followed step by step installation instructions and all went very well. I would say it definitely takes 2 people to install it based on the ceiling height, weight of the fan and because they had to put the fan blades on each end simultaneously to keep everything balanced. This fan is absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted, PERFECT for
any tropical decor. I am just so pleased! From the first phone call to
order to the last, as far as 'service after the sale' I can't say enough
about this company. Every single person I spoke to about every single
issue was knowledgeable, kind, caring and went above and beyond to make
things perfect and easy for me, even if it meant that they had to go the
extra mile. They will have all of my fan business in the future. I
already have my eye on a Palm Leaf pattern for our master bedroom.
I would recommend ordering fans from Palm Fan Store to anyone. The fans
are top of the line brands,
beautiful, and the prices are fantastic!

| I have 10 ceiling
fans in my home, both indoor and outdoor, all from your company. The
attached photo is my personal favorite. I phoned my order in because I had several questions before making the purchase. I spoke to two different salespeople, Jeff and Jordan, both of which answered all of my questions and helped me out with some light options I was having a little trouble with. Later, I called back and spoke with another gentleman named Jay to get tracking information on the order. My call was a bit premature as I was anxious to get all of these beautiful ceiling fans in my possession. I was told I should receive the fans in a 1 to 2 week time period and here I was calling for tracking information 4 days after I made the purchase. Jay got me the tracking numbers and to my surprise, no sooner than I had hung up the phone FedEx was ringing my doorbell with the fans. I've dealt with companies in the past that promise a product in a short time and many times are late getting it to me. So your company's ability to get me 10 fans with and 6 fan lights, all shipped together with no mistakes, and all at least 3 days sooner than promised is enough in itself to make me a repeat customer in the future. All of the fans have been installed now. I hear no noise from the fans and none of my fans wobble. The quality was just as promised and all of the fans are beautiful and completed the decor. I am posting this mainly to show one of our fans installed in a room setting
that we sold to another happy customer. This fan was purchased locally at our Greensboro, NC store location. Our customer said she wouldn't mind us posting this photo online to give others an idea of how the Twin Star fan looks installed in a room. Although this is not an actual customer review, you can trust me when I say the lady and her husband were extremely pleased with this fan. We moved our store location in August 2008 and on September 1st, our very first day of reopening, as soon as we opened that morning, this couple was waiting, as the door unlocked, to buy this fan. The lady said she had seen this fan while on vacation and had always wanted it every since but had no idea of where to buy it. Her and her husband just happened to be coming home from diner the night before and saw it in the front window of our new location.
