Shipping & Delivery

Most products are in-stock at either our warehouse, or if not in ours, items will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Once an order is received it usually takes 1 business day for the product to ship from our warehouse or up to 3 business days if shipping directly from the manufacturer. Travel time varies depending on your location.  

We use FedEx Ground for delivery of ceiling fans and accessories, whereas larger fireplace products usually are delivered by a freight carrier. Complete delivery time can be between 1 to 2 weeks based on your location and whether the fan leaves our warehouse or comes direct from the manufacturer. If faster delivery time is needed you can call us with your order and we can arrange for expedited shipping.  Next Day and and 2 Day Shipments are guaranteed by FedEx to arrive in that amount of travel time, but depending on when we receive an order it may not always ship the same day.

Rates on shipping vary depending on what is being shipped and where you are located. Items $279 and up ship free within the continental United States. Free shipping only applies to ground shipping within the continental United States. If you are not within the continental United States please contact us for a custom rate quote before ordering.

WHEN A DELIVERY IS SHIPPING BY MOTOR FREIGHT FOR CURBSIDE SERVICE BY A COMMON FREIGHT CARRIER: You will be given tracking information and will be contacted by the trucking company prior to delivery. Someone will have to available to sign for the delivery. Please inspect the carton and contents when your product delivers. Should the product be damaged, document it on the driver's delivery receipt and contact us immediately and no later than 24 hours from delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the driver's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.

NOTE:  We sell every fan and fireplace at the manufacturer's minimum allowed resale price points. Due to our unusually low prices, we do not have the high markup most retailers have to include shipping on every single item. In-home delivery and set-up of fireplaces can be arranged for an additional charge. This type of delivery is very expensive and we do not recommend it as electric fireplaces are very easy do-it-yourself set-up anyway.

Returns & Replacements

In the event a product is returned for a refund you must first contact us for prior written approval. All returns must be in original packaging in non-used condition and must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt of product. A full refund will be given when we receive the product back in new condition, less any shipping and handling charges. Many items on our website ship to the customer for free, but please understand that shipping isn't really free, we are just covering shipping cost on your purchase. If giving a refund we have to deduct what it cost us to ship the item to you.

Installed items returned within a 14 day period from date of delivery will incur a 20% minimum restocking fee upon return. We cannot sell an installed ceiling fan or light as new, and most customers will not purchase an opened and installed item without us offering them a large discount on the item, this is the reason for the restocking fee. We will not accept an installed product for any type of refund or exhange withouth the original packaging, all parts, and instructions and warranty information, because we will not be able to resale the item without all of it. HOWEVER, if an item is installed and in the unlikely event that a product is defective, we'll exchange the defective item for the same product and we will pay for shipping of the new product, as well as return of the defective item. You can reship the defective item back in the new packaging that the non-defective product will be sent in, if the original packaging wasn't kept. We will not exchange an installed item after 14 days of delivery for any other reason than exchanging a defective item for an identical non-defective replacement. We will not be held responsible for any installation cost because the manufacturers will not cover that as part of the warranty.

We will not refund a special order item. Please ask upon ordering if you have any concerns whether an item is a special order or comes from our regular stock. We do not post on the web pages whether an item comes from our normal stock or ships to you directly from the manufacturer, because either way you'll have the product in about the same amount of time. Although we do not refund special order items, we will give an exchange for a special order item if dissatisfied for any reason. You will get a store credit if the product you exchange for is less than your original product cost. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. All fireplace related products are special order and if noted "In-Stock" on our website that simply means it is in-stock at the manufacturer's warehouse. The vast majority of ceiling fan related products ARE NOT special order items, but we still urge you to call us if you have any concerns.

For a period of 90 days from date of order, we will gladly exchange any item you receive if there is a change of mind in finish, or even the entire purchase, as long as the items haven't been installed. Products being exchanged must be in original packaging and condition. The customer will be responsible for shipping of the new item, or items being sent out, as well as the for products being sent back to us for exchange.

We suggest purchasing shipping insurance on any returned item in the case an item is lost or damaged during transit.

From there you can store multiple shipping addresses and change or add payment methods and more.
