3 star rating on the pricing - the price is about what I would expect to pay, that's all that means. I think the price is fair for the apparent quality & sure-fire stying. Apparent quality... brand new so i can't comment on the reliability. But the packaging was top notch, solid looking fan, quality parts, extra parts included as a safety net... so, i would deduce this is a high quality fan. This is a great looking fan & you WILL feel the air move from this thing. It's a little noisey (you can hear the motor hum especially on lower settings) but not bothersome. The toughest part of the installation had nothing to do with the fan - I had to install the retro-fit brace. The fan itself was super easy to install & assemble. I can unequivocally recommend this fan. (Posted on 6/15/12)
