The special blade irons swoop down to bring the real wood blades even with the lowest point of the ceiling fan body, allowing the extra clearance needed between fan blades and the ceiling to still generate adequate airflow. This low profile ceiling fan is perfect for kids bedrooms and family room areas alike.
